Join us for a traditional Hatha yoga practice by the sea, focusing on breath, awareness, and presence.

Together, we'll explore the connection between body and mind while reconnecting with the natural world around us. The sound of the waves, the warmth of the evening sun, and the rhythm of your breath become part of the practice, creating a calm and grounding experience.

This class is gentle and especially suitable for beginners. No previous yoga experience is required.

Please Bring With You

  • A towel as a yoga mat. You are also welcome to practice directly on the sand if you'd like to experience a deeper connection with nature.

  • Sunglasses, since even with your eyes closed, strong light shows through as a reddish glow — sunglasses soften that so it doesn't distract you during the practice.

  • Plenty of water, preferably with electrolytes — or eat something salty before arriving to help you stay hydrated through the session.

  • Comfortable clothing. Lightweight and breathable to handle the sun's heat, but covering most of the skin — the sun's energy is strong and outward. It pulls focus outward, clashing with the quieter, inner energy made by our bodies, which is what we need as the practice asks you to turn inward.
